Located in Biscarrosse, the establishment enjoys an exceptional setting : itw as built on the heights of a dune, ten meters from the ocean. The Dune du Pilat is only 20 minutes away, we reach the Arcachon Bay in 30 minutes, and Bordeaux in one hour.

RESTAURANT & BAR

Yoann Tanneau hails from Vaucluse, where he gained a nice reputation managing several fine establishments (such as Le Pentagruel in Cavaillon, L’Estallan in Gordes, and L’Auberge de Lagnes). A disciple of Auguste Escoffier and a member of the National Academy of Cuisine. A proponent of homemade and locavore cuisine, he has decided to take on a new challenge by combining his palette of Mediterranean flavors with products from the Southwest. His creative and flavorful cuisine will take you on a journey aboard Le Grand Hôtel de la Plage’s restaurant.
